Your information may also be accessed by representatives of our compliance advisors, our auditors and any organization requiring access to such information for regulatory purposes only, of any person having a legal entitlement to access.
3. That HD Financial Solutions may use the information we hold to match your with other products or services we feel may be of interest and benefit to you and to contact you, from time to time by post, fax, e-mail or telephone, with such information.
